Convenient proximity to the bus station, ample hot water availability, luggage storage service during treks
The room temperatures were uncomfortably hot which made it difficult to sleep, lacking simple conveniences like ceiling fans!!! Also, a kettle in the room could enhance guest comfort significantly!!!

Comfortable lobby area with a cozy atmosphere.
During my stay, the room was unbearably hot, making sleep nearly impossible. Despite opening the windows and door for ventilation, there was no relief from the heat. The staff informed us that the generators were too old to operate properly, and they couldn't provide fans either, which was incredibly disappointing given the price we paid.

Just a proper fit for a short interlude in El Chalten with good value for money. The staff were incredibly kind and helped us with travel arrangements when we had to leave unexpectedly. Make sure to enjoy the cozy common area after a long day outdoors.

We had an awesome group vacation! The breakfast was fantastic, and the cozy fireplace in the common area was perfect for relaxing after hiking. We visited the stunning Fitz Roy and enjoyed breathtaking views. Definitely dine at the restaurant – the meals were top-notch!
The internet was pretty poor in the hotel, which was frustrating at times, especially when trying to plan our next hike.

missingWrote a review on Aug 18cozy lobbyconvenient locationfantastic breakfastsplashy showerwater damage
Dude, the location is primo, right next to the bus station, and the cozy lobby is like a warm hug after a long hike. Breakfast was a real treat, too. you can’t beat those packed lunches for your trail adventures!
Only snag? The shower just needs a full door. it gets a bit splashy in there, and I hate to see the woodwork getting wrecked.
